Salmon Frames

Meat & Bones

Salmon is an excellent source of high quality protein and one if the richest sources of omega 3 essential fatty acids known – these are in every single cell of the body, and are known to have an anti-inflammatory effect, and promote skin and coat health. This omega 3 includes both EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). And salmon has a relatively low omega 6 content with a ratio of omega 6 : 3 of around 5.5 : 1, which helps rebalance the overall fatty acid ratio within the diet. The frames are made up of meat as well as soft bones, so they are also a great source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, selenium, iodine, vitamins A, C, D and all the B complex!
